1. INFORMATION WE COLLECT:
We may, at our discretion, collect “Non-Personal Information” (hereinafter “NPI”) and “Personal Information” (hereinafter “PI”). NPI includes information that cannot be used to personally identify you, such as anonymous usage data, general demographic information, referring/exit pages and URLs, platform types, preferences you submit and preferences that are generated based on data you submit and number of clicks. PI includes any information you submit such as your email address, contact information, and any and all personally identifying information which you submit through the Site in any manner. At this time, we do not track information using cookies, or small text files which include an anonymous unique identifier; however, we reserve the right to elect to do so in the future.

In the event we undergo a transfer of BCSG to or into another entity, whether in name or in fact, you acknowledge and consent that such transfer(s) may occur and are permitted by this Privacy Policy and that the transferee may continue to process your PI in accordance with their policies. You acknowledge that this Privacy Policy does not limit in any way our use or disclosure of PI and NPI and we reserve the right to use and disclose such PI and NPI to our partners, representatives, advertisers, affiliates, and other third parties at our discretion.
If our information practices change at any time in the future, we will update and/or post the policy changes on the Site so that you may be aware of changes to our privacy policies. We suggest that you check the Site periodically if you are concerned about how your information is used.
4. YOUR RIGHTS:
You have the right at any time to prevent us from contacting you for marketing purposes. When we send a promotional communication to a user, the user can opt out of further promotional communications by letting us know in writing by return email.

However, we are not responsible for the privacy practices employed by those websites or the information or content they contain.
